Preparation:
Unzip all files and save to a location you can find.
Borders: All borders are Symmetric
Magic Wand Settings:
Mode: Add(Shift), Match Mode: RGB Value
Tolerance: 0, Contiguous: Checked, Feather: 0
(Colors for 2nd Sample shown)
Notes:
You will need some knowledge of Corel PSP

Please keep original watermarks for images intact when saving.
This Tutorial was done using Corel PSP X4
but can be made with version 8 or above.
If using your own graphic, remember to change
the Foreground and Background Colors.
Lets Begin

I have included the instructions for the alternate colored tut
They will be in (  )

Step 1
New Image: 400 x 300 transparent raster
Open image: HRH_Paper19byTwinky.png or
(HRH_Paper17byTwinky.png)

Back to working image
Find the pattern in your Materials Properties.
Flood fill Pattern, find HRH_Paper19byTwinky.png
Or (HRH_Paper17byTwinky.png)

Angle 0, Scale 100
Now flood fill with Pattern

Step 2
Effects>Plugins>Toadies>Weaver
With these settings
Cell Width 110, Cell Height 110, Cell Edges On/Off 255
Step 3

New Raster Layer
Selection Tool> Custom Selection with these settings
Find your HRH_Paper11byTwinky.png
in your Materials Properties, as before and floodfill the selected area
(or use HRH_Paper9byTwinky.png)
With same settings as before
Flood fill: Angle 0, Scale 100%
Keep Selected
Selections>Invert Selection
Hit Delete Key once
Selections>Invert Selection again
Effects>3D Effects> Drop Shadow using these settings
Vertical 6, Horizontal -6, Opacity 50, Blur 8.00
Select None

Step 4

Open HRH_DiamonteCrown2byTwinky
Edit > Copy  
Close original without saving.
Back to original image
Edit > Paste as New Layer
Image/resize 20%
Image > Free Rotate > 45 Right
Or (Open HRH_Flourdelis4byTwinky,
Edit > Copy
Close original without saving.
Back to original image
Edit > Paste as New Layer
Image > Resize 20%)
Move image to upper Right and Corner
Add a drop shadow with the same settings as before

Step 5

Open HRH_Ribbon1byTwinky.png
Edit > Copy  
Close original without saving.
Back to original image
Edit > Paste as New Layer
Image>resize 37%

Image>Free Rotate 90° Left
Move Ribbon over to the far Left of your working image
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
With settings as before

Step 6

Open HRH_SaftyPIn1byTwinky.png
Edit > Copy  
Close original without saving.
Back to original image
Edit > Paste as New Layer Image/resize 20%
Image > Free Rotate > 35 Right

Or(Open HRH_GoldSwirlbyTwinky.png
Edit > Copy  
Close original without saving.
Back to original image
Edit > Paste as New Layer
Image/resize  25%
Place over Upper Ribbon so that it looks nice
Now you will erase part of the image so that the pin or swirl look like it is pinned onto the ribbon.
Activate your Background Eraser Tool
Size 12 or size that you are comfortable with.
Carefully erase the top of the pin that is over the ribbon
Add a Drop shadow with these settings
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
Change the settings to Vertical 3 and Horizontal -3

Step 7
With a Font of your choice, Write a word at the bottom of the image.
I have used the word Congratulations with the Font Isa Bella.
Use colors and stroke width of your choosing, create as Vector

Move to the bottom and stretch to fill the space below the square
Convert to Raster
Effects>3D Effects> Inner Bevel with these settings
Bevel: 2, Width: 2, Image Smoothness: 2, Depth: 2, Ambiance: 10, Shininess: 10, Color: White, Angle:
315, Intensity: 50, Elevation: 25
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow with settings as the step before

New Raster Layer
Personalize the Center of Upper Rectangle with any saying you would like.

Borders

Merge>Merge All Flatten
Image > Add border > 1 in your darker color
Image > Add border > 20 in white
Select the white area with Magic Wand
Flood fill with foreground gradient using these settings
Linear, Angle 45, Repeats 4
Keep Selected

Effects>Plugins>Toadies/Plain Mosaic Blur
With these settings
Cell Width: 24, Cell Height: 24, Cell Edges On/Off: 128
Promote Selection to Layer
Duplicate This Layer 2 Times
(You will now have 3 copies)
Highlight the 1st duplicate
Mirror
Selections > DeFloat
Change Properties to 50% Opacity
Highlight the 2nd duplicate
Flip
Selections > DeFloat
Change Properties to 50% Opacity
Highlight 3rd duplicate
Mirror then Flip
Selections > DeFloat
Change Properties to 50% Opacity
Merge Down
Merge Down
Effects>3D Effects> Inner Bevel with same settings as before
Merge Down
Selections > Select None


Step 8
Add New Raster Layer
Apply your watermark
Merge All Flatten
Resize to 400 on the longest side
